Two-sided material supply rack for small parts.

This material supply rack is suitable for storing small parts and small load carriers. A maximum total of 20 load carriers can be stored on Slide Links D30 on five levels on both sides. The open design offers ideal access to the crates. This rack for small load carriers measures 875x990x1854 mm (LxWxH) and offers a large amount of storage space for a wide range of small parts thanks to its ten storage areas. Each level can accommodate two SLCs measuring 400x300x120. The rack’s maximum total load-carrying capacity is 600 kg, with each level able to hold a maximum of 200 kg.

Transport conveyor roller with 2° incline

With the item Transport Conveyor Roller TR30, containers can be transported without an external drive. The angle of inclination of this sample solution is 2° over a total length of 3 meters. The slight incline makes it particularly easy to move boxes or crates between workstations with this intralogistics solution. The length, width and inclination of the conveyor can be individually configured to suit your intralogistics requirements. Return hatch with foot pedal release (400 x 300 mm lengthwise)

A foot-operated return hatch increases productivity and ergonomics when processing small load carriers (SLC). Incoming transport containers are guided from a higher feed level to the removal point according to the FIFO principle. At the end of the work process, the return hatch uses a Karakuri/LCA mechanism to automatically feed the small load carriers back onto a lower roller conveyor. Loading and unloading are triggered together by a foot switch. An employee can therefore concentrate purely on adding value, while the Karakuri/LCA rack takes over the (non-value-adding) handling of the SLCs. This sample solution is designed for the ergonomic provision of 400 x 300 x 80 mm containers with a smooth base. The direction of travel is lengthwise. The smaller sides of the SLC are therefore aligned with the return flap. The two conveyor sections with roller conveyors can be extended or adapted as required. An incline of at least 3° is recommended.

Lifting Karakuri

The Lifting/Descent Karakuri allows you to move bin containers up and down. All movements are guided with roller sets and connected with cables and pulleys. The weight of the container should be a bit heavier than the counterweight, so the system is being activated properly by the effect of gravity. This Mini lifter has a braking roller which decelerates the movement down in order to avoid impact. This concept can be applied to the industrial environment.

Mobile FIFO rack with work decks.

This FIFO rack has two work decks in front of the two roller conveyor levels. Small load carriers (SLCs) can be placed here to pick the contents. On the removal side, item slide links simplify the handling of filled containers. The return level for empty SLCs is located at the top. The base frame is made from Line 8 profiles and the structure is built using components from the item Lean Production Building Kit System. The FIFO rack can be moved to the desired location using swivel castors with double brakes. Karakuri-LCA-lift-for-SLC-600×400.

The lift automatically transports loaded small load carriers (SLCs) from a higher infeed level to a lower return level. The transition within the FIFO rack is smooth and muscle-free, as the dead weight of the transported goods is used in accordance with the Karakuri/LCA principles. This basic model is designed for SLCs measuring 600 x 400 mm (with the long edge in the direction of travel). The counterweight must be dimensioned to suit the weight to be conveyed. Numerous safety features characterize this solution: A braking roller controls the speed of the lift. The function is safeguarded by a double rope guide. Karakuri Unstacker.

Unstack Bin containers easily. This system is manually activated in order to unstack one bin container from another, just pull the manual lever. The bin container should have the stacking step. This mini unstacking concept can be applied to a bigger application, just be aware of the total weight.

Ergonomic D30 rack.

This mobile rack has two inclined removal slopes that function as feed-in levels and are positioned at optimum reaching height. The lower portion is used as a return line. Butt Fasteners D30-90° and D30-60° provide a rounded grip and optimum collision protection.

Corner Karakuri.

The Corner 90˚ Karakuri allows you to change the direction of a bin container. It has a tilting plate with a diagonal axis that uses the weight of the box in order to activate the system. This Mini Corner has ball inserts that allows the proper movement of the box in multi-direction. As a recommendation the counterweight can be adjusting depending on the weight of the container.

Carrier Line.

Carrier Line moves and materials are added as it goes. At the ends are a start and finish cart. The pallet moves from the cart to a ball table, then down the main conveyor, back onto a ball table, and then onto the finished cart. Material supply racks are at four locations.

Basic MB machine cabin with 2 functional sections.

This reconfigurable basic MB machine cabin measures 2000x2000x1000 mm and has separate process and supply sections, each with double swing doors. The process section is the ideal place to deploy robots or integrate automated assembly, production or inspection processes. Groove Plate X 8 40, light offers a very simple means of securing fixtures in the machine cabin. Control units and electrical or pneumatic units can be housed in the supply section.

Basic MB machine cabin with 1 functional section.

This reconfigurable basic MB machine cabin built using aluminum profiles from Line 8 measures 1000x1280x680 mm and is ideal for small automated assembly, production or inspection processes. The cabin is equipped with adjustable feet and can be placed on a chassis or work bench. The all-round transparent panels also ensure the inner workings of the machine cabin can be viewed from all sides.
