An important announcement from IDH Changzhou – Our final chapter 🏁

It is with mixed emotions that we announce that IDH Changzhou will close its doors at the end of July 2026. This was not an easy decision. As we bring this meaningful chapter to a close, our gratitude is stronger than our sadness. We are deeply thankful for the trust, collaboration, and friendships built over the years.

Together, we: • Brought smart Karakuri and lean automation to factory floors across China • Delivered ergonomic solutions that improved working conditions • Proudly represented the item pluspartner network through world-class engineering and local execution From our impactful project with Volkswagen Automatic Transmission to every partnership with our valued customers, each project was a shared achievement. We did more than supply solutions—we solved problems together. To every customer who trusted us with their operations: thank you. Your confidence in our team inspired us to innovate, improve, and give our best every day. To all our partners, and especially to the entire item family: thank you for your trust, technology, support, and genuine partnership throughout the years. Although IDH Changzhou is closing its doors, the spirit of lean thinking, smart automation, and human-centered design will live on in the factories we supported and the teams we worked alongside. We wish all our customers, partners, colleagues, and friends continued success, strength, and momentum in the Year of the Horse and beyond. 🐴 Thank you for being part of our journey.
